It is owned and operated by the same groups as Doubleday's Grill & Tavern, with two locations in South Dayton (Centerville & Springboro). Kitchen Responsibilities Include:

  • Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Following recipes and cooking procedures to ensure quality products are served

  • Following procedures in rotating inventory and restocking kitchen

  • Keeping the restaurant clean and safe

  • Working as a team

  • Communicating with managers and front of house staff

  • Maintaining a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
